PENGARUH KEHADIRAN PASAR MODERN TERHADAP PENDAPATAN PARA PEDAGANG PASAR SENTRAL TIMIKA

This study aims to determine the significance of the similarity of the average income of grocery traders, clothing traders and household appliance traders in Timika Central Market before and after the development of the modern market and to determine the effect of the existence of the modern market on the average income of grocery traders, clothing traders and household appliance traders in Timika Central Market in Rupiah and percentage. Data collection was carried out by means of questionnaires and documentation. To analyze the data, income change analysis and paired sample t-test analysis were used. Based on the analysis of income changes, it is known that the percentage change in the average income of grocery traders (45.27%), clothing traders (45.54%) and household appliance traders (46.19%). The percentage change in income is in the range of 41% - 60%, which means that the percentage change in the average income of grocery traders, clothing traders and household appliance traders in Timika Central Market after the development of the modern market is quite high.
