Author Guidelines

Script scientific articles are submitted in softcopy format using Open Journal System via Financial and Tax Website (Register and Online Submissions), e-mail Financial and Tax , which is sent which refers to the following instructions:

Term Instructions

  1. Author Curriculum Vitae.
  2. Letter of Statement from the author above stamp duty Rp. 6.000,- in which state that the article submit to Journal of Economics and Regional Science is an orginal work, never published before, not currently send to other medias and accept to divert the copyright of the article to Journal of Economics and Regional Science.
  3. Proof reading will be send to the author for corresponding author in format file of .doc or .docx for check and correction of typographical. To prevent of the publication delay, proof must be return within 7 days. Before it sent, please make sure that the spelling and grammar has been recheck and peer-reviewed. Format of the article should follow the guideline, including sub-title. References format is also follow the guideline, which all of cited has been written on the references and the other way around. Coloured picture only used if the information cannot be clear enough without it. Graphics and diagram drawed in black and white; used shading as differentiator.
  4. All of the required documents scanned in PDF and put together in by WinRar, send it to email Journal of Economics and Regional Science with subject is the author’s name.
  5. Notification All correspondency and communication is done by: Email or Website.

Guidelines for Aritlce based on Research Study

  1. Title written in compact, clear, informative and not more than 14 words. Written in Bahasa Indonesia or English;
  2. Author Name Family Name and Surname without shortened it (no title);
  3. Name and Institution Address must be written in full by way and number (or equivalent); County town; Postal code; provinces; country; phone number; the author's email address for correspondence;
  4. Abstract must be written in compact size (150-200 words). It is need to informative and shortly stated research purpose, special method (if there any). Written in Bahasa Indonesia and English;
  5. Keywords In 3 until 5 phrase. Contain of related word or phrase which point out or depict article concept. Keywords including scientific name, research topic and special method. Alphabetically order, written in Bahasa Indonesia and English;
  6. Abbreviation (if any) all of important abbreviation must be mention the in full sentence on the first statement and consistently written;
  7. Introduction (without sub section title, problem exposition included) is including research purpose and gives proper background, avoid detailed literature survey or summary of result and findings;
  8. Research Method must be emphasize to the procedure or method and data analysis. For field study, it is better if location is mentioned. The existence of some equipments that important also mentioned in the procedure;
  9. Result and Findings written in one section, but for long exposition article can be separately put into several section. Result must be clear and shortly answered why and how questions, not merely expose it with words. Interpretation in findings must be connected with literature and previous researchs;
  10. Conclusion contain summary of the result and findings;
  11. Suggestion;
  12. Ilustration (if any) must be put into Results and Findings. Illustration in format of table of picture (optional) is included relevantly writing necessary and given enough explanation, type in Word Document format which can editable;
  13. References it is strongly suggested that80%of the references must be taken from scientficic journal that has been published for the last 10 year. Use references from research institution or university and credible web page (e.g. IUCN, FAO etc). Use literature that has been indexed in ISSN online/ ISSN print/ DOI/Scorpus.

Citation Instruction

Citation in the text made in the format of name and year, such: Suhardjanto & Miranti (2009) for beginning the sentence, and (Wahyudi, 2010) for the end of a sentence. If there are more than two authors used et al. After the name of first author, such: Ettredge, et al. (2010). For more than one references, is based on the chronology of the year or alphabetical order if there is the same year. For example: (Arisudi & Gapor, 2010; Herdinata, 2010; Nursyamsi, 2010) or (Yuniarti, 2008, Budianto, 2009, Iriani & Gunarianto, 2010).

References Writing Instruction

References are arranged alphabetically. Writing libraries using APA Referencing Standard system. Everything listed in the bibliography should be referred to in the manuscript. Reference updates take precedence.

Reference arrange by following the procedures of the following example and sorted alphabetically and chronologically.

Additional Instructions (Graphs, Tables and Photos)

All graphs, tables and photographs you enter in the document must be adjusted to the order of 1 column or full size of a paper without dots (.), Without bold print, and must be accompanied by a sentence referring to the image/table, to make it easier for reviewers to look at the meaning of the image. Graphs can follow the format for diagrams like Figure 1. The tables are presented in the format shown in Table 2. The images are presented in the format shown in Figure 3.
