PERAN NILAI-NILAI KEARIFAN LOKAL DALAM MENUMBUHKAN SEMANGAT WIRAUSAHA MASYARAKAT AMUNGME DAN KAMORO DI KABUPATEN MIMIKA

The purpose of this study is to find out the role of local wisdom values in fostering the entrepreneurial spirit of the Amungme and Kamoro communities in Mimika Regency. The data collection techniques used in this study are literature studies and interviews, to obtain or obtain information by asking respondents directly, stimulating respondents to get answers that are in accordance with the research objectives. Then descriptive statistics are analyzed to determine the magnitude of the mean value, mode, frequency and percentage as weighting of each element of local wisdom. The results of the analysis from this study show that the values of local wisdom embraced by the Amungme and Kamoro people can foster the spirit and entrepreneurial spirit of the Amungme and Kamoro people.
