ANALISIS EFEKTIVITAS PENGELOLAAN MODAL KERJA PADA CV BANNE PALANGI’

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of working capital management, accounts receivable management, inventory management, cash management, and cash conversion time calculation on CV Banne Palangi. This research is a descriptive research with data billing techniques using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The data analysis instruments used in this study are sales analysis divided by current assets minus current debt, credit sales analysis divided by average cash, comparative analysis of receivables turnover divided by number of days in one year, COGS analysis divided by average inventory, sales analysis divided by average cash, and DSO plus DIO minus DPO. The results of the analysis on CV Banne Palangi show that working capital management is classified as very effective (2021) and effective (2022). Meanwhile, receivables management is classified as ineffective (2021) and less effective (2022). Inventory management was very effective in 2021 and 2022. Cash management was classified as ineffective in 2021 and 2022. As for the cash conversion cycle, it can be classified as less effective.
