This study aims to determine the factors of market segmentation that determine credit taking at KSP Karya Abadi. The data collected in this study is qualitative data from KSP Karya Abadi customer respondents using a questionnaire. Data analysis in this study was carried out using descriptive analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. From the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it is found that social factors, personal factors and psychological factors are the factors that determine the taking of credit at KSP Karya Abadi
